- grilled, marinated chicken
- grilled potatoes with olive oil
- grilled green beans and onions
- tomato, basil, and fresh mozzarella salad
- bread with roasted garlic and romano baked into it (thank you, New Seasons!)

I could eat tomato, basil & mozzarella salad every day in the summer.
How do you make the bread?
I didn't - I bought it (New Seasons is an upscale grocery store in our area). I'm not very good at baking really good bread!
Last night we had salt & pepper squid, bar-b-que shrimp, white rice and salad with Asian Ranch dressing w/ wasabi. We were all silent at the dinner table. YUM.
Tonight it's salmon.
